An abstract figurative painting about the encounter, and proceeding intimacy, between two lovers. A study for the larger painting of the same name, the painting features ‘fingerprints’ of the artist’s process — outlines of shapes that never came to be and the exploration of the rich, sensual palette that was carried across multiple paintings of the show.

Ships Framed: Each piece is beautifully framed in handcrafted basswood. The frames are meticulously sanded, stained in an antique oak finish, and sealed with satin for a timeless, elegant appearance.
