The artist asked herself, “what painting most deserves to dwell in a bedroom, in a house that acts like a cocoon?” and then, created this painting. Pulling from a palette evocative of a deep cabernet, melted chocolate, an orange peel in a negroni, this composition explores sensuality at every level.
